About the Job
As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support to customers via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. You will also work closely with our sales, technical support, and product development teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide comprehensive solutions.
You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of technical topics, from troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques to software and hardware configuration. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide comprehensive solutions
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Motorola's products, services, and solutions
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues using various tools and techniques
- Document interactions and updates in our customer support system to ensure effective communication and follow-up
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of experience in a technical support role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Familiarity with computer systems and networks
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000 per year
This salary range reflects the estimated salary based on industry standards and location. The actual salary may vary based on factors such as performance, qualifications, and experience.
