About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewal Coordinator to join our team at Vision Realty and Management. As a key member of our leasing department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth renewal process for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our field services and leasing departments to send out welcome letters and resident handbooks to new tenants.
  • Handle annual renewals, foster great relationships with owners and residents, and tackle inquiries with a winning combination of friendliness and efficiency.
  • Utilize your knowledge of MS Excel and Word to manage and analyze data, ensuring timely and accurate renewals.
  • Communicate effectively with people from varying disciplines and backgrounds, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working in the real estate/leasing field.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A college degree.
  • Experience with Propertyware.
