Key Responsibilities- Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Plant Layout Updates: Update and maintain accurate plant layouts, including internal and external facilities, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Maintenance Program Development: Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for facilities and equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Environmental Impact: Identify and implement projects that reduce environmental impacts, such as water, energy, and gas consumption.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and report key performance metrics to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) department to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Leadership and Development: Foster a culture of discipline, cleanliness, and cost reduction within your area of responsibility.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- 5S Implementation: Participate in maintaining a 5S-compliant area, meeting or exceeding established metrics.
- Workforce Management: Manage labor and overtime to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Language: Conversational English.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
