At Rockwell Automation, we are committed to helping the world's manufacturers be more productive, sustainable, and agile. As an EHS Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Collaborate with site leadership and facilities to ensure that all key EHS operational controls are in place and take corrective action where health and safety hazards exist.

Develop and oversee company programs for employees, including compliance training, inspections, hazardous material handling, emergency response, industrial hygiene, waste disposal and monitoring, life safety, risk assessment, and ergonomic evaluations.

Create a strong EHS culture throughout the site organization and ensure that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Required Qualifications:

BS in Engineering

Minimum of 5 years of EHS experience in a similar position

Demonstrated success in leading, planning, development, and implementation of EHS management systems and compliance programs

Experience with NOMs, ISO14001 & ISO45001, and Mexico Environmental regulations

Ability to interact effectively with all levels in an organization, while establishing and maintaining a strong EHS presence

Fluent English/Spanish

Manufacturing Environment Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

ISO14001 EMS Certification

ISO45001 OHSMS Certification

"Industria limpia" and "Autogestion – STPS"

Ergonomics education
