As a System Engineer at Littelfuse, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software, and system management tools. This role requires excellent time management abilities, good analytic skills, and high-level verbal and written communication skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, monitor, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
  • Provide Tier 1 level help desk/operations support, handling escalated technical issues and providing advanced operational assistance.
  • Ensure the safety and protection of servers, laptops, desktop computers, and other devices by deploying and maintaining the latest antivirus software.
  • Support remote users with VPN installations and provide ongoing support.
  • Other duties as assigned.
