About the Job

We are PepsiCo, a leading food and beverage company with a presence in over 200 countries. Our iconic brands are consumed over a billion times a day, and we are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst.

This role is responsible for executing the end-to-end external recruitment process for L04-L07 open positions in the US, aligned with local requirements. The ideal candidate will develop core sourcing processes to identify external talent and ensure service delivery and KPIs fulfillment.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Hiring Manager kick-off meetings to align the process, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and profile requirements.
  • Trigger external posting and collect post-interview feedback.
  • Create Offer Letter Detailed Forms (OLDs) to generate offer letters and obtain approvals when needed.
  • Ensure service delivery and KPIs fulfillment, including Time to Accept (TTA), Time-to-Find/Hire, and Hiring Manager Satisfaction scores (HMSS).
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, including functional hiring managers, HR partners, and business services teams.
  • Leverage talent insights to present data, trends, and challenges to Hiring Managers and propose talent solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of relevant professional experience, including TA Analyst, HR, Recruiting, or functional applicable experience.
  • Proven work experience as a talent sourcer, with experience in sourcing techniques, HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong English oral and written communication skills, customer focus, adaptability, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes, proactively communicating throughout the process.
