Key Responsibilities- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and 5S principles throughout the manufacturing sector, including incident reporting and management.
- Ensure adherence to quality management systems and proper application of defined processes and procedures to meet quality standards.
- Act as the legal representative in case of an accident or incident.
- Participate in load and resource balancing with the manufacturing manager to optimize production schedules.
- Ensure achievement of production targets in line with cost, quality, and lead time objectives.
- Lead and motivate production teams to achieve high performance and efficiency.
- Align resources with business needs, develop training plans, and implement short interval management at the sector level.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and formulate solutions to address operational issues.
- Adjust manufacturing programs to meet customer priorities and manage ad-hoc systems.
- Organize training needs for teams and manage versatility to meet defined targets.
- Collaborate with functions to improve industrial processes and participate in investment proposals, transverse projects, and action plans at the plant level.
- May serve as a key user of the manufacturing domain (PEX) system.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Intermediate level of English proficiency.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of quality improvement tools, techniques, and models.
- Experience with performance management tools.
This is a full-time position requiring regular working hours.
