Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Monterrey, Mexico. As a key member of our support organization, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical support to our clients.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing timely and effective technical support via phone, email, and fax to resolve client issues;
- Collaborating with clients to troubleshoot complex technical problems and provide solutions;
- Maintaining high-quality service levels and ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely manner;
- Reviewing outstanding issues and keeping clients informed of progress;
- Attending relevant training courses to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently;
- Fluent written and spoken English; and
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Systems, Manufacturing or Supply Chain-related fields, or equivalent experience.
While not essential, we prefer candidates with:
- Minimum three years' related experience;
- Customer service experience;
- Knowledge of ERP systems and manufacturing concepts;
- Database administration and programming skills in SQL.
