The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing testing strategies to ensure the quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop automated test scripts using industry-leading technologies.
  2. Create and execute test plans to ensure the quality of our software products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  4. Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency.
  5. Perform manual testing and debugging to identify and resolve defects.
  6. Engage with international teams to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
  2. 3-8 years' experience in software quality assurance or a related field.
  3. Proven experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
  4. Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Perl, or Shell.
  5. Proficient in source control systems such as Git.
  6. Experience with Linux and Windows environments.
  7. System administration experience is a plus.
  8. Skilled in manual and automated testing best practices.
  9. Experience with database technologies such as SQL, Cassandra, or MongoDB.
  10. Experience with configuration management and server virtualization.
  11. General networking skills.
  12. Utility industry experience is a plus.
