The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Innovation Supply Planner to join our team in PepsiCo Beverages North America Direct Store Delivery.

This role will involve ensuring that all participating locations within our Division are adequately stocked with innovation products in time for launch week.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure all project milestones are met on schedule, verifying that item and location setups are accurate and integrated into all planning applications.

Post-launch, you will monitor the status of LTOs (Limited Time Offers) out of the market and provide ongoing guidance to Divisional Leadership regarding remaining production, raw materials, and potential waste risks.

As the primary point of contact for "produced" innovation projects, you will support the Division through regular planning meetings.

Your Impact
  • Validate all I-24 Process (IMS posted) steps through to launch for "Produced" Launches.
  • Assist NetOps with innovation sourcing recommendations by collaborating with Division leadership to confirm the accuracy and optimization of participating locations and sourcing plans.
  • Support Divisional/Sector leadership on innovation projects through meetings, presentations, reporting, and communication.
  • Lead regular Division Field Planning Team calls to plan and execute innovation launch strategies.
  • Track and report service performance to Field Planning Leadership.
  • Provide LTO status updates to Field Planning Leadership.
  • Identify waste concerns with Divisional Leadership and recommend actions to mitigate them

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with SAP S4 Hana tools and Network Optimization Module of SAP is a plus.
  • Experience working with planning, logistics, or inventory management.
Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $85,000 and $110,000, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
