We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Carrier. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for processing invoices and disbursements, compiling and maintaining Accounts Payable reports and entries, and preparing financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable Processing: Process and analyze invoices and disbursements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Financial Reporting: Compile and maintain Accounts Payable reports and presentations to assist in problem identification and resolution.
- Budget Analysis: Compare budgets to actual costs, identify deviations, and escalate to related stakeholders for further action.
- Project Support: Assist with projects to ensure timely completion.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting statements.
Requirements:
- Education: University degree.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
- Skills: Advanced Excel knowledge, customer contact, dispute resolution, and advanced English language skills.
