About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our engineering projects from design phases to construction execution work. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and executing projects, building new facilities, installing new processes and packing equipment, and implementing new technologies to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead current and future engineering projects, delivering outstanding and highly efficient systems at our manufacturing sites.
  • Set direction and manage cost, schedule, and resources for different projects.
  • Lead project reviews with key stakeholders and project leaders.
  • Learn and master P&G Project Management tools, Capital Systems, Cost Control, and Construction methodologies.
  • Guarantee Good Manufacturing Practices (BPF) in the manufacturing products by giving feedback on change controls, owning action plans from investigations of quality events, deviations, or nonconformities, and supervising compliance with cleanliness, behavior, and clothing standards.

Requirements:

  • Eligible to work in Apaseo el Grande, Guanajuato.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Team orientation, can-do attitude, and ability to deliver breakthrough results.
  • Operate with technical excellence while collaborating effectively with others.
  • Strong leadership, innovation, and interpersonal collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
