Private Banker

Citi seeks an experienced Field Sales Lead Officer to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in our Guadalajara location. As a key member of our Consumer Sales team, you will be responsible for developing product strategies, executing credit initiatives, and analyzing sales performance data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement short- and long-term product-level strategies to deliver financial plans
• Execute field credit initiatives and achieve credit goals and objectives
• Analyze weekly and monthly sales reports to understand field performance and implement action plans
• Collect and communicate market intelligence on best practices, client feedback, and market competition
• Assist in the development and implementation of a field intelligence system for prompt reporting of competitive activity
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and retail partners, responding to escalated credit issues and concerns
• Fulfill clients' needs while providing an exceptional client experience

Requirements:

• 6-10 years of relevant experience
• Required licenses: Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65
• Sales/Credit experience required
• Field Sales and/or client development experience required
• Project Management experience preferred
• Working knowledge of related industry practices and standards
• Ability to work 50%-75% remotely

Compensation: We offer a highly competitive salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
