Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and pursue innovative approaches to credit decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, experience working with tabular data, and a creative approach to solving complex problems.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop machine learning models for credit decision-making
- Work with our team to identify and prioritize business problems to solve
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and goals
- Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production
- Master's degree in a STEM field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in machine learning, with a focus on tabular data
- Strong Python skills and experience with Git
- Creative and strategic approach to problem-solving
- Verifiable track record of designing effective machine learning models for tabular data
- Experience working in the financial industry
- Experience with auto-regressive models and reinforcement learning
- Strong Python skills and experience with end-to-end ML systems, cloud platforms, and data pipelines
