Job Description:
- Develop and execute the Hub Americas comms strategy and plan with an audience-first approach, aligning with the Hub strategy and global employee and culture communications strategy.
- With a quality over quantity mindset, develop and author a variety of internal and executive communications including articles, talking points, presentations, announcements, employee stories, and videos.
- Leverage existing channels and contemplate new ones to drive innovation in employee communications for front-line workers.
- Prepare content and strategic communication plans for internal programs and stand-out campaigns.
- Work cross-functionally across teams in close partnership with manufacturing unit teams, Human Resources, Operations, local communications, and other functions to execute communication initiatives from concept to delivery, while championing the inclusion of our front-line employee voice.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Administration, or similar.
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Experience in employee communications for front-line workers will be considered a plus.
- Excellent written communication and editing skills / Excellent presentation skills
- Experience in cross-functional communications/ proven collaboration skills and a good team player
- Experience in coaching leaders in their executive communications will be considered a plus
- Experience in change management and/or HR communications will be considered a plus
- Fluent English is a must.
