Job Summary

As a Materials Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring timely supply of productive and indirect materials, maintaining inventory within standards, and coordinating inventory reduction actions. You will also standardize procurement processes, monitor premium freight administration, and track inventory value through the Inventory Entitlement tool.

Key Responsibilities
  • Timely supply of productive and indirect materials, ensuring delivery conditions.
  • Compliance with corporate processes for premium freight administration and PTA generation.
  • Inventory value tracking through the Inventory Entitlement tool.
  • Inventory reduction actions coordination.
  • Procurement process standardization, monitoring charges and recovery of impacts with suppliers (SQTS), and audit of processes.
  • Support in physical inventory processes.
  • Inventory budget management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Industrial, Mechanic, Electric, or Mechatronics Engineer degree.
  • 1+ years of experience as a Manager in the Automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of MRP, Supply Chain, inventory controls, Premium Freight, and ERP Systems (QAD, SAP, Oracle).
  • Proven leadership experience as a department manager and site management team member.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and English.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
