We are seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team at Fairmont Banff Springs. About the Role- This senior maintenance position requires a highly skilled individual with a strong background in mechanical engineering and a proven track record in supervising teams. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- You will lead a team responsible for maintaining and repairing all aspects of the hotel's mechanical and physical plant, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
- The successful candidate must have experience with preventive maintenance programs, energy management systems, and waste disposal procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for troubleshooting complex issues and identifying areas for improvement.
- The selected candidate will contribute to developing and implementing departmental standards and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and enhance guest satisfaction.
