Location: Remote from Latin America
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $2,750 USD/month (payments done through Remitly or Gusto)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40hrs/week (no more than 2hrs difference with Central Time)

Job Overview:

As a marketing expert, you will have the opportunity to leverage your breadth of experience with a fun, flexible, yet demanding team and abundant growth. You will report directly to the owner and be responsible for building the company's internal marketing efforts from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have broad experience with digital marketing for location-based and home service businesses and a data-driven approach. This role will require the ability and willingness to complete marketing tasks independently without immediate aid of a marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective marketing strategies for HireLatam LLC's growing portfolio of businesses.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive leads and conversions.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Google My Business, and other digital marketing platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Expertise in Local SEO, Google PPC, and Google LSA.
• Digital lead attribution expertise across platforms and sources.
• Proficiency with marketing automation and reporting tools and platforms.
• Ability to work independently and drive results.
