Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive and timely support to ensure seamless order entry and issue resolution processes.
  • Track and trace shipments to ensure on-time delivery and maintain hours of service requirements.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and resolve potential service gaps.
  • Participate in track and trace activities for customers as required.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers to ensure delivery of optimization and efficiency gains.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or applicable degree.
  • 0-2 years of operations, transportation experience preferred.
  • English Fluency both written and verbal required.
  • Ability to positively influence teams outside of direct responsibility and across multiple business units.
  • Capable of working in a remote work group and being managed by a remote manager.
  • Utilize technical/functional knowledge to create opportunities and solve business problems.
  • Ability to identify business issues and escalate in a timely fashion.
  • Self-starter with attention to detail.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; proactively communicates using appropriate methods for situation and audience in clear, concise, and professional manner.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers, OTR drivers, and dispatchers in a professional and constructive manner.
  • Strong passion for customer service and logistics excellence.
  • Ability to learn and update brokerage transportation management system.
  • Ability to effectively interact and build a favorable business relationship with all carriers and customers.
  • Ability to operate and flourish in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Strong team player and committed to teamwork in all situations.
