About the Role:
The Digital Transformation Agent will play a crucial role in shaping the future of mobility at ZF Friedrichshafen AG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of digital transformation projects across the Americas region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze gaps between existing functionalities of the ZF ERP Template and requirements of specific ZF sites, and develop innovative solutions to close these gaps.
- Provide input to the Process Management Organization and the SAP Build and Configuration team regarding deviations from standard processes and offer alternative solutions.
- Establish target-oriented process controlling and continuous process improvement, and train Key-Users at ZF sites.
- Conduct test preparation and execution with Key-Users, and guide them in data cleansing, mapping, enriching, and validation tasks.
- Ensure proper business execution after Go-Live of a SAP ERP template, and act as the primary contact for Key-Users regarding project-related questions.
- Lead testing, finishing site data object review, and migration definition and activities.
Requirements:
- Extensive process experience in the automotive or industrial business.
- Extensive functional SAP SD experience, including interdependencies between processes and their related SAP modules (ideally: FI, CO, outbound logistics).
- Solid experience in large SAP programs and projects.
- Knowledge of specific regional, legal, or local process requirements.
- Able to analyze and solve issues with a solution-oriented approach.
- Empathic and culturally open to work with key-users and project members from different countries.
- Resilient and able to work under pressure to reach project goals.
- Willingness to travel to different ZF sites within the region and worldwide.
