About the Role

The Procurement Operations Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring contract compliance during the purchase order (PO) processing process. This involves conducting RFQs and reverse auctions to verify supplier pricing and availability as required.


This position also serves as a point of contact and mentor for resolving complex issues related to PO changes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery and quality parameters are met.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with supplier performance and contract compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve procurement processes and reduce costs.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to internal stakeholders on procurement-related matters.
  • Analyze and track project metrics and employee performance records to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement operations, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
