About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Labeling Specialist to join our team at Medline, a global manufacturer and distributor of medical products with patient-centered solutions. As a Labeling Specialist, you will play a critical role in growing our in-house printed products catalog and driving profit through reprographic design, printing, and process engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert printed products to in-house sourced (vertical integration conversion)
- Track and report savings and progress in reducing outsourced products
- Identify ways to improve print and design process
- Develop new printed product offerings for marketing to grow sales and profit
- Host and facilitate new requests, including material and part number setup
- Identify appropriate media and print technology
- Manage related master data
- Manage graphics in network folders or as directed
- Support all kitting group label, labeling, and operations as requested
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Graphic Design
- 3-5 years of experience in device labeling awareness
- Design skills with Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong attention to detail and self-directed work style
