Job Summary
Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled Systems Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-based solutions using AWS services such as Amazon Connect, Lex, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions that meet client needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions are innovative and effective.
- Work closely with senior engineers to implement contact flow routing using speech recognition and other advanced technologies.
- Monitor and test application performance to identify potential bottlenecks and implement fixes.
- Develop and maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies to ensure the integrity of our systems.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of AWS services and cloud-based technologies.
- Experience with agile methodologies and scrum practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence project management tools.
