Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain updated plant layouts, facilities, equipment, and services to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate equipment movement and adaptation of production lines to meet changing business needs.
- Oversee plant maintenance activities, including operation of production and administrative plant maintenance, rainwater purification systems, and installation of special equipment.
- Manage and administer contractors for all maintenance activities within the plant.
- Develop and manage budgets for facilities maintenance.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry in facilities management or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading people and teams.
- SAP experience is a plus.
