Job Purpose
This role is part of Unilever's history-making project to create a state-of-the-art and future-fit factory that serves as a model for other sites. As a Shift and PM Support Maintenance Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the power plant, maintenance, and implementation of plant changes and modifications.
Main Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Leading all maintenance activities on site, ensuring compliance with site safety requirements
- Supporting the site competent person in ensuring machinery safety
- Responsible for complete factory maintenance, breakdowns, and MTBF & MTTR KPIs
- Leading the digital and automation agenda for the site
- Managing costs and implementing Waste Control Management (WCM) initiatives
- Providing key support for innovation projects, cost, and energy projects
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Expert knowledge in Excel
- Mechatronics engineering background with working knowledge of electrical and automation systems
- Experience in design and analysis of parts, machines, and systems using 3D modeling software, AutoCAD, and finite element analysis methods
- Expertise in mechanical equipment and electromechanical equipment and related components
- Knowledge in AI and machine learning
