NPI Director

Primary Mission
- Oversee the introduction of new products into production, ensuring timely and quality delivery in accordance with customer specifications and requirements.
- Coordinate and implement technical improvements during the project phase, driving innovation and efficiency.
Level of Autonomy
- Exercise strategic decision-making, determining solutions and optimizing methods and means, with validation from key stakeholders.

- Represent the LACROIX Group internally, ensuring customer needs are considered and addressed.
- Direct necessary actions to achieve project objectives, driving results-oriented outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Clarify project objectives and define means in terms of deadlines, costs, and quality in collaboration with the client, ensuring alignment and commitment.
- Gather input data from the client and sales department at the beginning and throughout the project, driving informed decision-making.
- Coordinate the multidisciplinary project team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among stakeholders.
- Define and monitor project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths, driving project success.
- Monitor project performance indicators, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Manage the project budget, ensuring resource allocation and cost optimization.
- Ensure product profitability objectives are met, driving business growth and success.
- Provide regular project progress reporting to the client, contributors, and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Identify deviations with the teams and define corrective action plans for any discrepancies, driving continuous improvement.
- Ensure execution of identified action plans, driving results-oriented outcomes.
Qualifications
- General knowledge:
- Understand and comply with the company's Quality system procedures and instructions necessary for assigned tasks.
- Cross-functional management, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among stakeholders.
- Experience managing a variety of projects is a huge asset, driving adaptability and flexibility.
- Technical skills:
- Know and implement the internal project development process, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Master project management tools, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Conduct meetings, driving collaboration and communication among stakeholders.
- Understand Basic Lean Management, driving continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Education:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, etc.), driving a strong foundation in project management and business acumen.
