About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an MSCI Real Assets Team Member - Client Service and Relationship Building. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients worldwide. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and building meaningful relationships, you will have the chance to make a real impact and grow your career with us.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support the coverage team by analyzing data and providing insightful recommendations.
  • Participate in designated projects to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coverage teams, and internal stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Provide daily ongoing support for product-related inquiries and requests from clients and internal teams.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of RE data processing within each team of covered accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experience and satisfaction.

You Will Thrive Here If:
  • You hold an undergraduate degree in finance, economics, mathematics or a related field.
  • You possess excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • You have 1-2 years' experience in Financial Services and/or Client Service.
  • You are a self-starter, highly motivated, and able to work individually and within a team.
  • You can articulate complicated concepts verbally and in writing to senior management and clients.
  • You have a track record of excelling in an environment of ambiguity by quickly adapting behavior and work methods to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities.
  • You have strong analytic, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • You have strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
