About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced seamstress to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in maintaining high-quality uniforms and personal appearances of employees.

Key Responsibilities

This includes following all company and safety policies, reporting maintenance problems and safety hazards, and completing safety training and certifications. You will also develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, support the team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 1 year of related work experience, preferably in a similar industry or field. A strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure are essential. Additionally, you must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is not required, but a certificate or degree in sewing or fashion design may be advantageous. Previous experience as a seamstress or tailor would also be beneficial.
