We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to our leadership team and manage our office operations. This dynamic position requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate meetings and events for leadership staff.
- Provide administrative support, including problem-solving and daily operations.
- Support the development and maintenance of calendars and schedules.
- Read and screen incoming correspondence and reports.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and visits.
- Coordinate daily and monthly reports.
- Issue and follow up on requisitions.
- Control key offices and carpools.
- Issue personalized cards and gifts as required.
- Monitor and track expenses.
- Consolidate statements vs T&E reports.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Bilingualism (English/Spanish) is preferred.
- A self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to establish priorities and dedicate resources to critical actions.
- Project management skills to accomplish goals efficiently.
- Confidentiality skills.
