Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at the Bosch Group. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality requirements and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Quality Initiatives: Develop and implement quality core tools, problem-solving methodologies, and digital quality tools to improve manufacturing processes.
- Customer Complaint Management: Lead 8D teams to resolve customer complaints and improve quality assurance matrix (QAM) and related quality tools.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to reduce customer complaints, internal escapes, and defect costs.
- Quality Control: Perform layered process audits (LPA), Gembas, and reviews of 6S in production shop floor to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the SMT/FA group to solve quality issues and promote problem-solving and quality tools usage.
- Reporting and Analysis: Maintain internal defect cost (IDC) and fall-off rate (FOR) reports and perform capability studies for human inspections.
Requirements
- Education: Professional degree.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Skills: Advanced English, problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, team work, communication, and capacity studies R&R.
