Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our team. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for providing expert procurement advice and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help clients understand their procurement needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Work closely with clients to analyze their spend data and develop strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies and processes that align with client business goals and policies.
  • Conduct complex analyses and provide recommendations to clients on procurement-related matters.
  • Deliver presentations and communicate effectively with clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Participate in client engagement cycles and contribute to team understanding of client culture and business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze trends in key commodities and provide insights to inform sourcing initiatives.
  • Carry out sourcing, RFQ events, auctions, supplier management, and negotiations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree preferred)
  • 4-5 years of experience in management consulting or a combination of consultancy and industry experience
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to creatively use data sources to develop fact-based approaches
  • Leadership ability and good client management skills
  • Business problem-solving skills with strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Good presentation skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Language proficiency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to travel onsite as required
