We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Payments Specialist to join our El Grande Group team in Mexico. This role is responsible for providing financial accounting services to our Mexican subsidiary and executing global payments and bank account reconciliations.
About the Role:- Supervise outsourced financial accounting for factory operations in Monterrey, Mexico, ensuring accurate and timely accounting and reporting.
- Execute global payments, preparing and executing weekly payment runs through IT systems.
- Monitor local bank balances, cash outflows, and VAT refunds, investigating and resolving variances as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting, with experience in managing payments and bank account reconciliations, as well as proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
Requirements:- Accounting undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum three years of experience in financial accounting, with a focus on payments and bank account reconciliations.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive salary: up to $65,000 per month.

This is a full-time position, working 8 hours per day. The successful candidate will be based in our office in person.
