Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Jabil Circuit. As a key member of our stockroom function, you will actively support material-related tasks and control activities. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately and safely perform warehouse-related activities involving the physical movement of material with corresponding system transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the movement of material to manufacturing areas in accordance with production schedules.
  • Execute material movements to various areas within the facility, including shipping, parts preparation, and office personnel.
  • Utilize RF scanners for ERP transactions and operate material handling equipment as needed.
  • Maintain bin management and first-in-first-out (FIFO) inventory practices.
  • Return unused materials to the stockroom from manufacturing areas using RF technology.
  • Properly dispose of scrap components and pull materials for purges as necessary.
  • Perform warehouse cycle-counts and verify material movements to ensure accuracy.

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also be able to effectively present information to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Additionally, you should have advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil's software packages.
