At Hewlett Packard, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Logistics Analyst. This role is part of our apprenticeship program, which provides students with hands-on experience in a professional setting while pursuing their university education.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct statistical analysis to identify root causes of business disputes and develop strategies for resolution.
  • Manage and maintain master files using Excel, tracking and categorizing business disputes by primary reason.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports to the L2C team, highlighting trends and insights from dispute data.
  • Monitor and analyze NA Inbound and domestic shipments to optimize logistics operations.

**Required Skills and Experience:**

  • Experience with project planning tools and software packages.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English and local language.
