Jac Products is seeking a highly skilled Plant Operations Manager to oversee the financial performance of our plant in Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering the annual financial plan and ensuring the achievement of all financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a strategic business partner to the plant manager and leadership team, providing insightful financial analysis to support improved operational results.
• Ensure accurate bill of materials and labor routings, as well as unit costs, for the facility.
• Develop and implement effective manufacturing overhead rates in accordance with corporate policies.
• Manage and develop Accounts Receivable and Payable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Lead the implementation of new Accounting standards and ensure compliance with US and Mexico GAAP.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in finance or accounting required.
• 3-5 years of experience in an automotive manufacturing environment, with a focus on financial planning and analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience in database extraction, complex formulas, and pivot table creation.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to travel via land and air.
