The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating personnel to execute action plans and ensuring operational discipline in the production area.
- Developing and implementing process improvements, collaborating with service departments, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintaining a sense of urgency and delivering results-oriented performance under pressure.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A professional career in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (more than 85%).
- Experience in using SAP, TRESS, and other manufacturing software.
- Extensive knowledge of plastic injection environments, molds, and peripheral equipment.
- Ability to analyze metrics, create action plans, and manage multiple teams.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
