Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Site Nurse to join our team at Jabil. As a key member of our occupational health program, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical integrity of all employees and promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Preventive Medicine Services

Provide preventive medicine services to employees, including health screenings, vaccinations, and other medical interventions as needed.

Accident Response

Respond to accidents and injuries in a timely and effective manner, providing medical attention and support to affected employees.

Compliance and Reporting

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to occupational health and safety, including the completion of incident reports and audits.

Training and Development

Participate in the development and delivery of training programs to promote health and safety awareness among employees.

Medication Management

Administer medications to employees as needed, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with employees, management, and other stakeholders to promote a culture of health and safety, and to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements
  1. Education and Experience

A minimum of an Associate's degree in a relevant field, such as nursing or healthcare, and 2-3 years of experience in occupational health or a related field.

Knowledge and Skills

Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety principles, laws, and regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Certifications and Training

Current certifications in areas such as first aid, CPR, and AED, as well as training in areas such as OSHA and SAA.
