Key Responsibilities:
- Agile Facilitation: Facilitate and lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
- Team Empowerment: Support and empower development teams to self-organize and make decisions that lead to high-quality deliverables.

Requirements:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master supporting large, complex IT transformation programs, preferably within the Accident & Health insurance domain.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, with the ability to tailor them to suit the specific needs of the organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in working with the JIRA tool, including creating Dashboards to track progress, managing capacity, burn down, and overall workstream progress.
- Advanced English level.
