About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Efficiency Specialist to join our CS&L team at Kellanova. As a Demand Planning and Optimization Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring product availability in quantity and time, meeting Fill Rate expectations from customers, while optimizing BU Mexico resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and communicate in a systematic way the analysis of the current month demand, determining specific actions to adjust the plans and execution, of the portfolio of brands in charge, in order to maximize product availability & Fill Rate levels.
- Coordinate and elaborate the documentation of variations in demand and sales variables to support decision making for the demand planning team, ensuring continuous improvement of tools & reports.
- Import operative process with KNA, GBS, Copacker, Supply Planning, and International Commerce ensuring forecast fulfillment on time and in full.
- Obsolete tracking & visibility to provide visibility of risks for the next 12 months, align contingency plans with commercial peers, it ́s tracking & execution.
Requirements
- English written and spoken.
- Bachelor ́s degree, preferably in business, marketing, economics, engineering.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Supply Chain or Sales.
- Strong knowledge of Excel.
