Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming orders to verify all necessary information for a seamless order process.
- Coordinate customer urgencies and claims with the multifunctional team, starting with scheduling and production release.
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to meet requirement demands.
- Drive the monthly production planning of the business with the multifunctional team.
- Monitor, control, and negotiate with customers the forecast accuracy.
- Analyze customer forecasts and incoming orders.
- Assist in the coordination of activities with other internal departments to meet customer needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Business, Engineering (such as Industrial or related).
- At least 2 years of experience in similar positions.
- English Advanced (Conversational).
- MS Office (Excel).
- Tableau, PowerBI.
- SAP is desirable.
