• Develop and maintain data collection structures to evaluate supplier performance across operations, supply chain, and quality aspects.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to drive recommendations and improve supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with assessment teams to embed data-driven intelligence into supplier capability assessments.
• Streamline and automate activities related to historical reviews of supplier performance and financial terms.
• Work with logistics buyers and supplier compliance to collect and review supplier KPIs.

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, or Tableau.
• Strong relationship management and collaboration skills.
• Technical aptitude with knowledge of MS Office applications and statistical analysis software.
