Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Ipsen Mexico S de RL de CV. This role will play a critical part in driving the growth of our business, particularly in the SC therapeutics area.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute account plans based on brand strategy, leveraging market insights and customer needs to drive sales growth.
- Coordinate the account team, serving as a voice of the customer and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Manage sell-in, sell-out, inventory, PCM, and DPM to ensure product availability and meet demand generation.
- Deliver clinical and economic evidence to support customer needs, while promoting product launches and access.
- Develop new markets and accounts in private and public institutions, utilizing expertise in scientific orientation and account leadership.
- Monitor and execute sales force effectiveness KPIs, analyzing and optimizing performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Life science or similar degree required.
- Experience in SC therapeutics areas, with a focus on account leadership and management.
- Strong understanding of product launches, including specific patients in public institutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate opportunities and barriers into actionable plans.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of approximately $120,000-$180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
