**About the Role:**

We are seeking a diligent Protection Officer to ensure the safety and security of our guests, team members, and property.

Job Summary:

The Protection Officer will be responsible for maintaining a high level of vigilance on and around the hotel premises, reporting and managing incidents to maintain a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the security and safety of the hotel, guests, and team members by providing constant surveillance and attention to potential hazards.
  • Perform routine inspections of the hotel premises to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Respond promptly to incidents that require attention, ensuring the well-being of all individuals involved.
  • Ensure all fire safety equipment is properly maintained and up-to-date.
  • Assist management in handling any incidents that arise within the hotel, adhering to Occupational Health and Safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a security role, preferably in an industry with high foot traffic.
  • Current knowledge of fire safety, first aid, and occupational health and safety protocols.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong personal presentation and professionalism.

Compensation:

Our competitive salary range for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
