Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
  • Restock amenities and linens as needed
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve high standards of cleanliness and customer service
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies
