**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and coordinate all facilities operations, including maintenance, cleaning services, and landscaping.
- Oversee maintenance and conservation projects to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities.

- Manage and coordinate corporate services for Facilities managed by Cemex Central.

**Qualifications**
- English language proficiency.

**Internal/External Relations**
- Internal: Facilities peers, Health and Safety, Security operations, General facilities users.
- External: Contractors (General maintenance, cleaning services, Food services, etc).
