We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Expert to join our global customer support team at Boldr. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our clients and partners worldwide.

As a Help Desk Expert, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission by providing expert technical support to our customers. Your analytical and critical thinking skills will enable you to troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and feature explanation guidance for our product.
  • Support customers, partners, and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Curious and authentic with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with app installation and uninstallation, as well as general knowledge of web-based and mobile apps.
  • Possess a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and conflict resolution.
  • Native or near-native written and spoken English, with the ability to convey tone via written communications.
  • Impeccable judgment, creative problem-solving skills, and loads of empathy.
  • A proactive attitude, with the ability to work with limited supervision and flexible work schedule.
  • A proven ability to work remotely as part of a team.
Estimated Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
