About the Role

Vitesco Technologies, a leading developer and manufacturer of cutting-edge drive systems for sustainable mobility, is seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Senior Consultant to join its team. As a key member of the Business Applications department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring stable data integration and system landscape for the company's SAP HCM systems.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Technical Concept Development and Documentation
  • Develop technical concepts and support procedures to ensure seamless data integration and system landscape.
  • Document operational processes to facilitate efficient system management.
Project-Related Activities
  • Lead or participate in project workstreams to drive impactful contributions to the long-term transformation of SAP HCM Regional Systems.
  • Contribute to analysis, conceptual design, and project delivery to ensure successful implementation of SAP HCM solutions.
Service Management Activities
  • Handle incidents and change requests for NAR systems, focusing on Time Management, Payroll, ABAP, and SF EC Replication.
  • Document technical configurations to ensure accurate system setup.
  • Align business demands with IT strategy and provide consultative support to internal business partners.
  • Troubleshoot HR technical issues collaboratively to ensure efficient system operation.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Work closely with regional team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with BA HR global team members (SAP HCM Solution Architect, SF SCPI Consultant, SAP HCM ABAP Developer) to drive SAP HCM solutions.
  • Support internal business partners (HR PSSA) in developing and documenting business requirements to ensure accurate system setup.
Requirements
  • Academic degree in computer science, business management, or a related field with an IT focus.
  • Several years of practical work experience in the HR technology field of SAP HCM (PA, OM, PT, PY).
  • SAP HCM ABAP programming skills and good knowledge of Time Management and Payroll in SAP HCM, preferably SF EC Integration knowledge as well.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to teamwork.
  • Structured, analytic, and self-starter way of working.
Working Conditions

Full-time position in the Business Applications department.
