Job SummaryThis role involves working independently or under limited supervision to perform complex assignments related to equipment maintenance and repair. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all production equipment is properly maintained and that non-planned maintenance work is completed as assigned.
Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic tests, identify problems, and recommend solutions to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
- Analyze non-conformant products, determine root causes, and propose corrective actions in collaboration with the manufacturing supervisor and quality departments.
- Operate laboratory and manufacturing equipment, conduct tests, and record results for review by operations.
- Provide technical support for new projects, process improvements, and quality investigations.
- Support diagnostic analysis for product customer complaints, lead awareness sessions, and determine root causes.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A strong understanding of manufacturing principles and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- The ability to work independently and make sound judgments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
