- Plan and execute agricultural operations to achieve optimal yields, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with suppliers, farmers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics and supply chain management.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with PepsiCo's sustainability and quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agribusiness, or related field.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or Agricultural Sciences preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in agricultural operations, supply chain management, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, crop management, and supply chain logistics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
