About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst - Credit to Cash to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing credit and cash operations for our ELTA-PCA and ELTA China business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Credit Management: Establish credit limits, order release, and place accounts on hold for ELTA/PCA and ELTA China.
  • Collections: Manage and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Create and analyze weekly and monthly reports to track credit and cash performance.
  • Meetings and Communication: Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss credit and cash matters.
  • Deductions and Payments: Create and clear deductions, and handle credit card payments.
  • Order Review: Review customer orders, credit, and purchase order information.
  • Portal Management: Manage the Amazon portal for our business units.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience: At least 6 months of experience in finance, preferably in credit and cash management.
  • Language: Advanced English language skills.
